In-store pickup

Pick up your order in our store

You are also welcome to pick up your order from us on site and save on shipping costs.

A pickup is possible from Mon-Fri between 10am and 6pm in our Main branch in Berlin Steglitz possible.

Schuhhaus Wittstock, Schloßstr. 32, 12163 Berlin.

This is how it works:

1. Place your order in our online shop Schuhglueck.de and select the shipping method: Pick up in store.

2. Our employees will search for your desired item from our inventory and check it again.

3. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email.

4. Please have your ID card ready when picking up your order.

If the journey to our main branch is too far or inconvenient for you, we will be happy to send your desired item to your home for a shipping fee of €3.95.
