Shoes width H - for slightly wider feet

Our feet literally accompany us every step of the way. They carry us, cushion our steps, compensate for uneven surfaces and endure the most intense stress. A miracle of nature. That is why they deserve our utmost attention. Pamper your feet with the right shoes. It is particularly important to pay attention to the right size and fit.
Most customers know their correct shoe size. However, the correct shoe width is also crucial for comfort. For slightly larger feet, Schuhglück has a large selection of shoes in width H.

What does shoe width H mean?

Shoes in width H are ideal for slightly larger feet. If the normal, fashionable shoe widths seem a little too narrow for you and you want a little more comfort and freedom of movement for your toes, then shoes in width H are just right for you.
Shoes with the perfect fit, supple, a comfortable footbed and yet sporty and modern - you will find all of this in our selection of comfort shoes in width H for men and women.

Which shoe brands have width H?

There are many shoe brands that offer shoes in width H. These include

  • Waldläufer shoes in width H
  • Finn Comfort shoes in width H
  • Ara shoes in width H
  • Gabor shoes width H
  • Fidelio, Solidus, Gabor, Ecco, Christian Dietz and many other comfort shoe brands.

Are shoes width H suitable for wide feet?

There are several shoe widths that are suitable for wide feet. Shoes in width H are suitable for slightly larger feet, i.e. for feet that feel a little tight in normal shoe widths. Feet that cannot cope at all with normal width fashionable shoes, for which the shoe is already too tight to get into, should look at the larger widths (in ascending alphabetical order). These are shoes in width K and the special width M.

Are shoes in width H suitable for hallux valgus?

The shoe width alone is no guarantee that the shoes will fit Hallux Valgus deformities. In general, shoes in width H offer more volume in the shoe and therefore a suitable fit for Hallux Valgus. However, we also recommend that you pay attention to soft stretch materials. Take a look at our category: Hallux Valgus shoes . You are sure to find a suitable model here.

What is the difference between shoe width G and H?

Shoe width G is suitable for a normal foot shape. It corresponds to the average European foot. Width H is cut a little wider and is one of the comfort widths.

Always remember - every foot is different and prefers different shoe shapes, styles, materials or soles. The shoe width that your foot feels comfortable in depends on many factors. Shoe width is just one of them.

Which shoe width is wider: H or K?

The comfort widths start at shoe width H and increase in alphabetical order. Shoes in width K are therefore wider than shoes in width H.

What is shoe width H?

The following table shows you an approximate guideline as to whether your foot corresponds to a shoe width H:

What is the ball circumference for shoe width H?

Put a tape measure around the widest part of your foot. This is usually the line between the ball of your big toe and the ball of your little toe. Hold the tape loosely and ideally have someone help you measure the value. The value you read corresponds to the circumference of your ball of your foot. If this corresponds to the information in the table for your regular shoe size, then your foot corresponds to width H. If your ball of your foot is larger, shoes in width J or K would be a better choice.
